Seachtain na Gaeilge programme unveiled as part of Fleadh Cheoil

As part of the forthcoming Fleadh Cheoil na Éireann 2009, Seachtain na Gaeilge makes a welcome return to the fleadh programme.

As part of the forthcoming Fleadh Cheoil na Éireann 2009, Seachtain na Gaeilge makes a welcome return to the fleadh programme.

There is a wide variety of events taking place as part of the week’s programme. These events include the opening of Seomra na Gaeilge and the return of Siúlóid le Stair, which has become a firm favourite of the week.

The launch of Seachtain na Gaeilge will take place on Wednesday, 19^th August next at 6pm in Days Hotel, Main Street and promises to be a good evening’s entertainment with many special guests on the night.

There will be a Turas go Rath Chairn as well as Ceol sa Leabharlann taking place in the Library in O’Connor Square on Thursday, 20^th August next.
