Being a Fleadh Patron offers you the opportunity to become part of one of the most exciting cultural events of 2009.

The new and exciting addition to Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann 2009 of the Fleadh Patron Pack now offers people the chance to do this and the Fleadh committee is delighted to unveil this package for this year’s event.

A Fleadh Patron will be given an invite to the official opening of the Fleadh on 17th August 2009 at 8pm in the Tullamore Court Hotel. You will be presented with an entrance badge, which will allow you to go to all the Fleadh competitions over the weekend.

Seachtaine na hÉigse is now a full week of great events, which precedes the competition weekend. As part of the week, there is a wide variety of events, including the much anticipated Ard Ollamh Celebration Dinner where well known author and lecturer, Séamas MacGabhann will be honoured. This will take place on 19th August next in the Tullamore Court Hotel at 7pm.

As part of the patron package, a patron will be given a ticket to attend this prestigious event.

The Ceannródaithe concert is another exciting event of this week and as Patrons of the Fleadh, a patron will be attend this excellent showcase of talent and see many of the much loved musicians, who have been working diligently over the past number of years to promote Irish music and culture.

As many of you are aware, the All Ireland Ceili Band Competition the most attended event of the Fleadh competition weekend. This competition takes place in the beautiful Church of the Assumption, Tullamore and this has proven to be a fantastic venue for this competition.

Being a Fleadh Patron, you will be given a ticket for a reserved seat to attend this fantastic event and treated to the climatic conclusion to the Fleadh 2009.

There are also a number of other tickets and additions as part of the Patron Package.

The total cost of this wonderful package is €175.
